1. Introduction
Welcome to Grappling Series. By registering for our events or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Registration & Eligibility
All participants must register online via Smoothcomp and provide accurate information. Competitors must meet the age, weight, and belt requirements for their division.
3. Payment & Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable except in cases where an athlete is left without an opponent in their bracket. Refunds or credits are subject to approval.
4. Competition Rules
All events follow IBJJF rules unless stated otherwise. Competitors must adhere to uniform and weigh-in requirements.
5. Safety & Conduct
All participants must compete with respect and sportsmanship. Dangerous techniques, unsportsmanlike behavior, or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification.
6. Liability Waiver
By participating, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree that Grappling Series and its affiliates are not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained during the event.
7. Media & Photography
By entering the competition, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Grappling Series reserves the right to use event media for promotional purposes.
8. Amendments
Grappling Series reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.
