How to Register for the Absolute Division
Here's how it works: open weight divisions are only available to athletes who win a medal in their regular weight division (gold, silver, or bronze). After you receive your medal, you're welcome to register for the open weight at a dedicated table on the day. It's completely free for all medal winners.
So step one: win a medal in your weight class. Step two: register for the absolute. Step three: compete for serious prizes!
